At offcomfrt, we understand that achieving peak performance requires the perfect fit and feel. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your unworn, unwashed gear with original tags attached into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
